PUBLIC RESTAURANTS????

Are you asking about government ran restaurants?  Sounds to me like you have taken PRIVATE property, and made it PUBLIC! This I fail to understand, does one give up title to ones property, if one wishes to pursue his Right to trade what he owns? 

Any restaurant owner who is so shallow to turn away customers, is turning away more customers than he could imagine. I would not want to go support such a ding bat's restaurant... but I do support his right to FAIL, cause that is what liberty is, the right to Fail.
