Judge Cohn says in the preceding paragraph, "African-Americans do not have to be judged by African-American jurors for a trial to be fair."

Either the ‘Perception of Unfairness’ is based upon fact or fantasy.

If the ‘Delusional Fantasy’ is based upon fact, then Judge Cohn is lying.

If Judge Cohn is lying in a letter to the public he has lost any credibility to sit on the bench.

Giving the Judge the benefit of a doubt, and imagine he is telling the truth, that would mean the ‘Perception of Unfairness’ is based upon fantasy, not fact.
