Are we to assume AID exists to teach the Irish where babies come from?

Or is it your contention that "people of color" are too stupid, to know what causes babies, until some do-gooders from the United States, come along and explain the "Birds & Bees" to them?

Could the true reason for AID is to tap into working peoples wallet, while at the same time inflating the ego and belly of those who purport to "care".
