Cinnamon Rolls

2 packages Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls (12 small rolls per pkg or 6 giant
rolls per pkg)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp margarine
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Bring the sugars, margarine and ice cream to a boil in a saucepan and
boil for 1 minute.  (To avoid burning the sugar, it may be best to melt the
ice cream and butter first and then add the sugar.)

Put frozen cinnamon rolls in a greased 9 x 13 pan (12 small rolls or 6
giant rolls per pan).  Pour boiled mixture over rolls.  Put pan(s) in
cold oven overnight.

In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (turn
oven on with rolls inside and let oven warm while rolls are inside).

Put icing that comes with the frozen rolls over the rolls and serve.

The recipe above is for 2 pans of cinnamon rolls.  To make one pan, just
split the recipe above in half.  That is what I usually do.

I have only been able to find the giant cinnamon rolls in Tucson (at
Super K-Mart and ABCO).  I cannot find the bags of 12 small rolls.  You may
want to check at the Super Wal-Mart on the Northwest side.  I think that is
where my sister gets her packages of 12 in Missouri.

Enjoy!
